Carlos Queiroz is assistant manager at Manchester United.

He has enjoyed an excellent relationship with Fergie over the years who even let him go to Real Madrid when they came knocking, because he didn’t believe in holding back his ambitions.

Managerial careers are short lived at top clubs with huge expectations and Fergie and the club soon welcomed him back to United.

He is known to be particularly well liked by the youngsters at United and he has proven in the past to be good at youth development, coaching and tactics making him a good addition to Fergie’s high demands, motivation but lack of tactical awareness.
